Operating across multiple regions, including North America, South Asia, East Africa, and Southern Africa, WomenLift Health empowers mid-career women with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to drive systemic change and amplify their impact in the field.

WomenLift Health sought my assistance in developing their brand identity and guidelines to better align with their mission and vision. Initially focused on brand development, our collaboration quickly evolved into a sustained partnership. This expanded engagement encompassed the development of interactive and print tools/resources tailored to enhance their leadership programs, alongside initiatives aimed at extending the WLH brand into previously untapped regions.

Crafting Empowerment: Building a Versatile Brand

With a blank canvas and a focus on vital brand attributes—supportive, resilient, inspiring, diverse, and limitless—the early stages of crafting the WomenLift Health brand embraced risk-taking to authentically express its essence. The challenge lay in forging a visual identity that captured feminine energy while spotlighting leadership and growth. Guided by collaboration, our team supported pushing boundaries to bring these ideas to fruition.

The result is a visually striking yet refined identity that not only elevates women but also embodies the essence of support, resilience, and inspiration. The brand's versatility shines through a dynamic set of supporting graphics, celebrating leadership and collaboration in all their forms.

Incorporating the human, organic shape into the "W" visually conveys the strong connection between women and empowerment. This clean identity serves as a foundation for diverse elements like iconography, motion graphics, and illustrations.

Shaping the Leadership Journey through brand evolution

My initial task was to transition the brand into the digital space, where I created an immersive website capable of hosting extensive content and resources. Following this, I enhanced WLH's flagship Leadership Journey program by creating a tailored suite of strategic tools to meet the distinct needs of each region.

To ensure resonance across diverse markets, I adopted a flexible approach to brand and website design. This involved crafting regional color palettes and bespoke patterns for individual hubs, empowering WomenLift Health's brand to resonate universally.

The result was a visually captivating website and collateral that struck a chord with WomenLift Health's diverse audience. By integrating regional color schemes and custom patterns, we ensured adaptability across markets, fostering engagement and connection with stakeholders worldwide. Ultimately, this brand evolution enabled WomenLift Health to effectively convey its mission and vision while establishing a strong visual presence in the global health sector.
